The Research Guide (rsg) is not loading

The URL's for the chapters of the Research Guide were changed on WOL when it was updated to the 2016 version. You will likely have to repeat these steps for future updates to the Research Guide once they appear on WOL and then are pushed through to Equipd.

To resolve this issue:

1. Make sure you have the latest language file updates in Admin > Languages > "Check for Updates Now"
2. In the main “Library” tab of Equipd at the very top/left is an button on the toolbar that shows the recently opened publications. Click the button to show this list of recently opened publications.
3. In the popup window click the action button top/right “…”
4. Then “Clear History”
5. Now go into Library > Books and try opening the Research Guide again.

You will likely need to re-download the chapters for offline use as well.
