General Enhancements:
- Updated the Kingdom Melodies audio streaming to work with the new file locations on the jw.org servers
- Fixed a bug where the Bible audio could freeze the app if switching chapters during the last few seconds of the audio stream
- Added a search to the Language choosers to make it easier to navigate the ever-growing number of languages supported in Equipd. For example you can now search for a Bible or Language in the Bible Tab > Language menu (see screenshot below).
- Added the ability to delete items from your News Feed so they no longer show in the list (see screenshot below)
- Moved the "Mark All Read" option to a Flag icon shown top/left of the News tab (see screenshot below)
- The Copy button on the Bible toolbar will now remain in the Multi-Language View and will copy the scripture from all the visible Bibles to the clipboard. Very handy for pasting the current scripture from multiple languages / translations into your notes. iPad only.
- Added support for Daily Bible Reading Schedules via a free 3rd party app called ReadingPlan. Equipd supports ReadingPlan's url scheme for external Bible apps. Just go into ReadingPlan settings and create a new custom "Bible Link" for "Equipd" with the format "equipd://bible/%@". That's it. Now you can click on a Bible chapter in ReadingPlan and it will open the chapter in Equipd. For a screen-by-screen guide to configuring ReadingPlan click here.
