Version 2.4.1 Released

This is a bug fix release for the following issues:

Fixes issues with loading scriptures from WOL caused by changes in the HTML on March 2nd NZT. Details here.
Fixes the issue with changes to the RSS Feeds not being remembered. Details here.
Fixes the Danish chapters for the All Scripture Inspired Book.
Fixes the scripture detection for Chinese Characters where the verses had the special Chinese comma ", ".

I have submitted this update to Apple and am awaiting their Review.
