How do I re-install Equipd? Will I have to pay twice?
As a last resort if Equipd just seems to be really stuck, no matter what you do, then you might have to delete the app and reinstall it.
If you decide to do this, then I recommend you follow these steps in order:
- If possible backup your Briefcase first
- Delete Equipd from your device
- Restart your device
- Re-install Equipd
Will I be charged for Equipd again when I re-install from the App Store?
As long as you are using the same Apple ID that you originally purchased Equipd with (which I am sure you will be), then you will not be charged for Equipd again. This is the same with all Apps on the App Store.
