ISSUE: Links to articles no longer working
Some users are having an issue with the links to articles no longer working on the Today screen. The issue is actually bigger than that, and will affect many links between articles throughout the app.
How to fix this issue?
Note: There was an older fix for this problem, but that solution no longer works as of May 1 2017. The new steps are listed below.
Please follow these steps:
- Make sure you have updated to the latest version 3.7.1 on the App Store. This was only just approved by Apple, so you may need to wait for the update to appear.
- Click on “Admin” on the bottom toolbar
- Go to “General”
- Click on “Delete Redirection Links”. If this button is not there, then you are not yet using version 3.7.1.
- Make sure you read the alert message.
